Daniel Fickle, a versatile artist, blends photography, directing, art direction, and music composition to create a distinctive world.

Starting with music and photography in Atlanta, he ventured into filmmaking in New York, teaching at the New York Film Academy and freelancing as a cinematographer and camera operator.

Founding the production company, Two Penguins on the West Coast, he worked with clients like GQ Magazine, J.Crew, New York Times, Nike, and Weiden & Kennedy.

In Seattle, as Senior Art Director at Nordstrom, he worked alongside top tier fashion photographers and directed video on seasonal campaigns and collated with brands like Thome Browne, Burberry, Off-White™, Fear of God, Noah NY, and Union LA. Later, he became photographer, director, art director, and music composer for NxN campaigns, a collaboration between Nike x Nordstrom with exclusive products.

He is now focusing on photography, motion and music composing, operating between New York, Los Angeles, and Portland.

Daniel photographs on medium-format and 35mm film as well as digital depending on project needs.
